Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days for Economy shipping or 3–5 business days for Standard. We offer free Economy shipping on all US orders $35 and over.
International orders ship to 27+ countries and typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, and 20+ other countries. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our books are printed on demand, we begin production quickly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@coloringfrenzy.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order goes to print.
Returns & Refunds
What if my book arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear it! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coloringfrenzy.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Can I return a book?
Because each book is printed specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will absolutely make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How long do refunds take to process?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

What kinds of books do you sell?
We publish original coloring books and activity books for kids and families. Our catalog includes:
- Coloring books — pattern designs, seasonal themes, and more
- Activity books — counting, alphabet learning, dot activities
- Seasonal collections — Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and beyond
New titles are added regularly, so check back often!
What age are the books designed for?
Our books are designed primarily for children ages 3–10, though many of our pattern coloring books are enjoyed by older kids and adults as well. Each product page notes the recommended age range.
Are the books available as digital downloads?
Currently, all books on Coloring Frenzy are physical, printed products. We’re exploring digital options for the future — stay tuned!
Are your books available anywhere else?
Yes! Several of our titles are also available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Shopping directly here supports us most directly and qualifies for our free shipping offer.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — all processed securely through Shopify’s payment platform.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
