Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to fix it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coloringfrenzy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong book, contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost to you.

Returns

Because our books are printed on demand specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. We encourage you to review the product description and preview images before purchasing.

If a return is approved in writing by our team, items must be returned in original, unread, and undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned without prior written approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)
