Shopify Network Intelligence

We have enabled Shopify’s Enhanced Services, which are powered by Shopify Network Intelligence. This means your customer data — such as purchase history and browsing activity on our store — is securely used by Shopify alongside aggregated data from other Shopify merchants to improve products, enable ad targeting, and personalize your experience on our store. No other individual merchant can view your data.

This data use is governed by Shopify’s Terms of Service (Section 9.2) and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. We do not control how Shopify processes this data beyond what is described in those agreements.

Your choice: You may request that we disable Shopify Network Intelligence for your data by contacting us at support@coloringfrenzy.com. This feature can be turned off at any time.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving store performance and marketing effectiveness. EEA/UK residents have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests — see the Your Privacy Rights section below.

4.  Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We use AI-powered tools in the operation of our business. We believe in being transparent about this.

What we use AI for

  • Managing and updating our online store (product listings, descriptions, page content, theme settings)
  • Drafting customer communications and policy documents
  • Internal business operations such as publishing workflow and business planning

AI tools we currently use

  • Anthropic Claude (via Anthropic’s API and Cowork platform) — used for store management, content drafting, and business automation tasks

What this means for your data

When our team uses AI tools to manage the store, those tools may have access to business-level data — such as aggregate order statistics, product information, and store configuration — in the course of completing tasks. This is comparable to an employee with system access interacting with business data.

We take the following commitments around AI and your data:

  • We do not feed your personal information (name, email, address, payment data) into AI tools for the purpose of profiling, targeting, or training AI models
  • We do not use customer data to train any AI model, including models operated by our AI providers
  • AI tools we use are operated by reputable providers with their own privacy policies and data protection commitments
  • Any AI-assisted customer communications are reviewed by a human before being sent
  • We will update this section as our use of AI tools changes

Automated decision-making

We do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or significant effects on you as a customer (for example, denying orders or setting prices based on profiling).

5.  Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our store is operated using Shopify, which processes and stores data on servers primarily located in the United States. If you are accessing our site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our site, you consent to this transfer.
